Ongoing Support

Your medication journey does not stop when you receive your first fill of medication.  Treatment for complex and chronic conditions often requires extra care and follow-up to help you stay on track.  Our experienced team is here to provide ongoing care and support that you need.

Financial Coordination

We support you through the entire insurance approval process and when needed, connect you to qualifying financial assistance programs. Our team of Prior Authorization Specialists combined with our electronic Prior Authorization process will give you the best financial options available to you based on your plan and circumstances.

Once my doctor sent my prescription to Professional Arts Pharmacy, the entire process was really smooth and painless for me. Of course my insurance needed a prior authorization (PA), so the pharmacy worked with my doctor to get that taken care of quickly – I did not have to deal with it at all. They also found a program (it might have been through the manufacturer) to cover the first month’s supply of medication while we waited on the PA to be approved. Refilling by text message is super easy, and customer service is great! I definitely recommend this pharmacy.
