Eric Vidrine, PD, FIACP, FACA

Founding Pharmacist, Co-Owner
CEO, President

Eric Vidrine is PAP’s co-founder, co-owner, CEO and president. Like co-founder David Mayer, he believes his job is to ensure delivery on PAP’s promise of high-quality service and products. His role in that effort is overseeing the company’s investment in human and capital resources that today make PAP one of the Gulf states’ leading compounding pharmacies in the eyes of customers and peers. When PAP opened its $2.5 million facility in early 2013, “We were not trying to make a big statement on how far we’ve come. On the contrary, the investment we made is about the future. It is about maintaining the strong relationships we have built with patients and prescribers since 1998.”

Eric says PAP’s most valuable assets are the relationships it shares with its staff, its patients and its loyal prescribers. “The strength of those relationships is trust,” he says, “and that trust is based upon the quality of our product and service and our ability to deliver on promises.” Eric was raised in Lafayette. In 1994 he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Northeast Louisiana University (now University of Louisiana at Monroe). The year 2018 marked his 30th anniversary with wife Shannon. They have two children, Blair and Emily, a daughter-in-law, Victoria and a grandson, Luke.   He co-founded PAP in 1998.
